WHEN: September 10-12, 2010

• Check-in begins at 7pm Friday Night: Fellowship & Crackerbarrel Friday Eve
• Registration is Saturday morning at 8 am: Training starts at 8:45 am Saturday
• Departure is scheduled for 10:00 am Sunday morning

WHERE: Paul Bunyan Scout Reservation

WHO: All Lodge and Chapter officer and advisers and . . . ANY INTERESTED OA MEMBER!!!!!

COST: $20.00 (payment is due upon arrival)

The Lodge Officer Training Weekend is a chance for the officers and advisors to come together to learn and share ideas amongst one another. Some of the skills that will be covered during the training are:

• What are the OA Purposes and Principles
• What are MY Duties and Responsibilities?
• How can we increase membership
• What can we do to “support camping?”
• How can chapters assist the lodge?
• …and many others.

There will also be group building exercises, evening activities, and chances to share ideas with other officers and advisors! The cost includes camp fees, meals, training materials, and surprises! You cannot miss out on this opportunity! It only happens once a year! Wear your official scout uniform and sash. Bring regular gear for a weekend outing.
